
JAN Trust was proud to announce Deen Fest. An event that promoted interfaith dialogue and community cohesion. It was held at the spectacular Alexandra Palace, London on Sunday 6th December 2009. The day was jam packed with a variety of activities including famous nasheed artists, popular comedians, leading faith leaders, senior political speakers and lots more.
Confirmed artists included Mecca 2 Medina, Mohammed Yahya, Masikah, Baby Muslims, Muslim Belal, Young Ummah, Jeff Mirza, Khalid Hakim (Silk Roads), Khaleel Muhammed (the UK's number 1 official nasheed artist), Prince Abdi, Amir Awan, Shazia Wahab (from The Apprentice), Sheikh Ibrahim Mogra, Fiyaz Mughal OBE, Lord Sheikh, Simon Hughes MP, Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad, Rabbi Wittenberg, Dr Andrew Smith, Reverend Alan Green, the only tanoura dancer in the UK and many many more!
