As an organisation we are proud that we have been able to empower and equip disadvantaged grass roots girls and women with key skills and volunteering experience in order to become active citizens of society by successfully obtaining employment and self employment. A great number of JAN Trust users have moved into jobs such as Teaching Assistants; Fashion Designers; Interpreters; Banking staff; Adult Lecturers and Office staff.

This is a proud achievement, not only for us but for these women who before joining JAN Trust felt no self worth. It is great to see them making such a positive difference to their lives as well as their families.
